We loved staying in the heart of the lush rainforest with amazing views of the mountains and beach. It was easy to explore the hotel grounds with walking paths and a grassy rooftop viewpoint perfect for watching the sunset. We enjoyed the tasty food at the restaurant and had a great time lounging in the pool surrounded by lovely gardens. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and even provided us with pajamas to wear while staying at the hotel. Transportation was convenient with pick-up service from the port, and the hotel even booked tours for us. The breakfast had a nice mix of Western and Eastern options, perfect for starting off a day of exploring.

Friendly staff and excellent tours

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always willing to answer any questions we had, and they made us feel welcome throughout our stay. One of the best aspects of this hotel is the tours they offer. The guides are knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna and take you to some amazing spots. We particularly enjoyed the jungle tour and the canoe trip. the hotel is located in a beautiful area surrounded by lush greenery.

While the hotel's location is great, the rooms themselves could have been better. The lack of amenities in the room was a downside.

During our romantic escape, we had a pleasant stay, with great customer service from the friendly staff. the breakfast had a decent selection of local food options including rice and tofu. We also enjoyed the beautiful natural surroundings and the peacefulness of staying away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the pick-up shuttle was a helpful and convenient service.

The limited dinner menu offered and the high prices. there was no Wi-Fi and the room felt a bit outdated and dusty.

The staff were fantastic, amazing views of mountains and beach, excellent tours, beautiful grounds, helpful guides, tasty food.

Our location was perfect, nestled in the lush jungle with stunning views of the mountains and the beach. the surrounding local wildlife was incredible and added to the feeling of being in touch with nature. Our room was average, but the staff was genuinely kind and helpful. the breakfast offered a mix of Western and Eastern cuisine and was tasty. the pool was refreshing, and the grassy rooftop/viewpoint was a great spot to watch the sunset.
